History
Gwinnett College of Business was founded in July, 1976, by its past president Ruby B. Jackson, as an answer to the tremendous growth in the North Atlanta, Georgia, area and by Gwinnett County in particular. On June 7, 1995, Gwinnett College was purchased by LTT Enterprises, Inc. and Michael Davis was named President. Gwinnett College began offering vocational associate degree programs in 2003 and changed the school’s name from Gwinnett College of Business to Gwinnett College to reflect its broader technical program offerings in the medical, legal, business, and now natural health and massage career fields.

Gwinnett College’s mission is to provide career focused vocational education for the purpose of gaining entry-level employment and career advancement opportunities which will empower college students to positively contribute to their communities.
Gwinnett College, Lilburn campus, is dedicated to the success of our vocational school students and graduates; therefore, we provide career assistance and technical training from experienced career services personnel. Career Services is available to assist college students throughout their technical training programs and continues to offer assistance beyond graduation. Some programs require Gwinnett College students to complete a school externship course or clinical requirements at an off-site facility prior to program completion. It should be understood that the career services offered are not a guarantee of employment.
The Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) accredits Gwinnett College’s Lilburn campus to award diplomas and academic associate degrees. Also, Gwinnett College’s Lilburn campus is authorized by the State of Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission.
Gwinnett College, at the Lilburn campus, offers classes to gain essential technical skills to achieve entry-level positions in the medical, legal, business, and natural health and massage career fields. These vocational programs will be the first step in starting a rewarding career.
