Tui Na: Chinese Massage Therapy and Bodywork

Tuina is the ancient art of Chinese Bodywork.  As an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the focus of Tui-Na is encouraging a state of physical and emotional balance in clients.  This method of treatment blends very easily with western modalities.  Topics covered include

• Body mechanics:  doing more work with less effort
• Qigong (traditional Chinese exercise)
• The major manipulations of tuina
• Protocols for specific physical issues
