Students will learn the History of Reflexology, theories on how Reflexology works, Reflexology maps, the benefits and contraindications of Reflexology, success stories using Reflexology, self- help and relaxation tools in Reflexology, preparing for a safe Reflexology session, techniques in Reflexology and how to discriminate a reflexology point from other structures as well as HOW much pressure is needed to treat Reflexology points in the human body.
