Course Description

Myofascial Isolation Torso is a comprehensive look at the Torso muscles and movement. Myofascial Isolation is a technique designed to relieve pain and restrictions in the body. By applying pressure on the origin,  insertion and trigger points of the specific muscle then stretching the muscle in the direction of the fiber runs (usually toward origin and insertion). The dermatomes in the body are also taken into consideration. This allows the release of the muscle fibers that create tendon and ligament attachments.
