MyoZen Therapy is a comprehensive proven method developed by Margie Meshew in 1996. Its clinical foundation is based on aspects of medical massage incorporating components of neuromuscular, myofascial, and trigger point therapy.

MyoZen Therapy uses a specific protocol and methodical approach which allows for more efficient access to the underlying muscle fibers creating a laser focus treatment.
