This workshop presents the fundamental concepts and strategies of Synergetic Myofascial Therapy. In this course participants will learn how to apply myofascial hands-on techniques, passive and resisted ROM and AIS stretching techniques in combination with active movement to enhance structural balance and functional movement in the neck, clavicles, shoulder joint, scapula’s, spine, pelvis, sacrum, hip joints, and legs. Participants will also learn postural and functional movement assessments to better understand how to improve structure in the human body through specific applications of advanced myofascial techniques, active movement and stretching. Learning these skills will help you sequence a customized SMT session.
