Dr. Marc Ellis – MyoSynaptics: Myofascial Assessment and Treatment of the Torso

Course Description

Attendees of this class will receive in-depth hands-on instruction related to the Musculo-Skeletal structures of the Torso. Dr. Ellis has combined his years to practice and teaching in Massage, Chiropractic and Functional Neurology into his MyoSynaptics Technique.  You will practice joint mobilizations for every joint vector in the Torso.  You will also practice myofascial palpation and release of all the tissues related to the spine and rib cage.  When the class is done you will have access to all the materials via online videos and a course manual.  These support materials are all you need to review and master these sophisticated techniques.

The class will take the attendees through an application-based learning process.

Attendees will learn the MyoSynaptic pattern for assessing and correcting the pelvis and torso.  They will learn to combine this unique pattern with the myofascial assessments and treatments.  You will review assessments and treatments for:

  • Lumbago
  • Rib Head Fixation and Rib Head Capsule Sprain
  • Intercostal Neuritis<
  • CostoChondritis
  • Abdominal Strain

Dr. Ellis is a Founding Member of the International Fascia Research Society.  His manual will explain contemporary understandings of myofascial holding elements and fascial adhesions.  If you want to advance your understanding of the relationship between the brain and fascial systems then this class is for you!!!

This is a 12hr hands-on course.
