Learning these skills will help you sequence a customized SMT session for clients and can be integrated into your practice with ease.

Learn the first 3 sessions of the SMT 10, 1: the front body, 2: the side body and 3: the back body. You will also learn how to prepare the body for safe work in deeper muscles and fascia.

Bring: Shorts, bathing suit top, sports bra, tube top, sheets, lotion and a soft pillow.
